Marcy Motorsports, Walter Marcy Marcy Motorsports charged my credit card $1,485.75 for parts and never delivered

On July 12th Payment of $1,485.75 was charged against my MasterCard for the following components:

* Stage II Crane CAMS (only 25% deposit paid - $239.15 owed)
* Springs and Retainers
* Cosworth Duratec Race Header
* Cosworth Duratec High-Flow Flex Pipe
* Cosworth Duratec Race Cat Back Exhaust
* Cosworth Oil Cooler (water-to-oil type)

The Crane CAMS were part of a group buy and this is how I let this get away from me. The group buy was delayed but the rest of the parts (supposedly) had been already ordered.

Without realizing it I quickly passed the date when Visa would process a charge-back.

No products have been delivered. No refund processed. All efforts to contact Mr Walter Marcy of Marcy Motorsport have gone unanswered.

I discovered a little while ago that others had problems with Marcy Motorsports so I figured it was time to swallow my pride and publicly denounce this operation.

If you are in a position to persuade Mr Marcy to complete the transaction I paid for I shall write a retraction.
