I was referred to her by a woman who said she adopted via marcy 4 yrs ago.
Marcy said the birthmom chose me to adopt her twins that she was having on 3-16-06. When I sent her the $10K deposit and contract she didn't contact me. When I kept calling Marcy she finally retuned my call saying she never heard back from the birthmom and that she must have changed her mind. She is not returning my calls. I do not think there was a birthmom in the first place.
I retained my friend who is a pi. She found out all sorts of unsacory info. About marcy including multiple aliases, ss#s, addresses, etc. I have found other who she has scammed too. I want my money back and i want to make sure she is prosecuted.
