I purchased a new Lexus in 2004 and am happy with the car. As with all companies I purchase from I request that they do not put my name on any marketing or mail lists. Lexus is the only company that 4 years later I am still trying to get off these lists, but with no success. I do not understand why they are taking such a hard position on this issue. Even my threat not to purchase anymore cars from them has not budged them from their position. I agree Lexus makes a nice car but so does BMW and others. If the executives and their policies from Lexus were as good as the cars they build they would be a great company. But at last they are not so it is not and I am no longer a customer.
