Buyer Beware! Once they get you into the car with all the delicate service performance; their customer service has nothing on the mob. They actually were going to repo my car because I was $34 short. When i asked to speak to a Manager, I was told "no."
In these times one would think the car dealers (or their financial people) would work with their beloved customers. OOO NO— Lexus will not.
When I went to send the $34 by western union, the store manager informed me that he saw many Lexus customers going the same thing for aas little as $14. This is a shame! I have no remorse for car dealers and the industry. I think they should be required to file bankruptcy... I think poor attitude of a customer representative show be cause for termination. Either way - Don't be fooled that Lexus provide any better customer service that anyone else. I will never purchase one again.
