Did not refund deposit like promised

I went to drive time because I needed a car (last one was totaled in an accident). They tried to sell me this junk gold color car. I didn't know if I had any other options so they talked me into putting down $100 to hold it. I made sure that the money was 100% refundable before I did it. If I decided not to buy that car they would refund my money to me the day I decided not to. Well my mom decided to help me buy a junker out right so I called drive time and spoke to a "manager" to refund my deposit. He told me he did and it would take no more than 5 business day to hit my account. 2 weeks went by and it was still not in my account. I called them back. They gave me this story saying that they were now waiting on a check. I told them the manager told me it would be in my bank account. They said that they changed their process of handling that. Then they said it would be in any day and would call me when in. 2 weeks later no call so I called them. They claimed they were still waiting on the check. Now when I call I can not get a manager back onto the phone. If I leave a message no one returns my calls and this has been 2 months now. So I finally disputed the transaction with the bank but I have to fill out paperwork etc. So don't ever let them talk you into putting a deposit down onto a vehicle. Either decide to buy it or don't. But from all of the other reports I am reading I wouldn't even bother with them.
