I bought a car from Don Robinson Motors in April and in January I traded the car in. I went to Don Robinson Motors to cancel my warranty and get a refund. When I was then told by a very rude man named Bill Kuehne that the warranty company filed bankruptcy and there is nothing they can do. "As him and Don Robinson laughed together, not noticing I standing right behind him".
Come to find out after doing some research that the Ultimate Warranty was denied a license to sell warranties in the state of Minnesota in 2002 and were caught selling in 2004 and had a ceased and decist order filed againist them and were fined 2,000 dollars. I want to know why Don Robinson thought that he could sell me a warranty that never excisted. I also want my money back that Don more than likely Pocketed.
My warranty cost $1617.00 ann then the salesman also charged me $168.00 to take out a plan where if I never use the warranty that I would be refunded the full amount. You can't tell me that 5-6 years later that Don didn't know anything about the warranty company and all the trouble they have been in for the past 6 years. "Good Job DON-Way to be a Crook"!
