I bought a vehicle from Tropical at the end of Jan. 08. Toward the middle of Mar. 08 I found out that the vehicle needed close to $1000 worth of repair. I was told by my warranty company that the warranty I have would not cover the repair cost, yet at the time of purchase, I was told by the salesperson and general manager at Tropical that the warranty was good for two years, and would cover everything.
So imagine my surprise when I requested assistance from them to get my car fixed, and was basically told I was on my own. They also became very rude and evasive. So I just wanted to let eveyone know that Tropical Motors sells warranties on their vehicles under false pretenses, and be wary of any vehicle purchased from them.
