Wow i guess im a lucky one! I purchased a car from DOLPHIN AUTOMOTIVE WHOLESALE GROUP 1-17-08 paid in full, got the car was told by Mr joel it was perfect i found a cig burn on the headliner and the rear bumper was strached and non-matching paint was also used on the rear bumper, also the drivers door is missing clips on the bottom. Oh and a stain on the vinyl roof i cant remove. Mr joel really had no answer for me. Ok Im a nice guy, the car otherwise is clean (man they really know how to hide the problems in there photos). I called a few days later about my title Mr Joel asked Jill she said it will be over-nighted to me. They must use phony express! I waited a week no title. I started to call them just got there voice mail (full).. Friday 2-15-08 i was able to get in touch with Mr jole he told me he was no longer working for DOLPHIN, "THEY ARE HAVING SOME ISSUES"... Humm he said they were still there just try to keep calling... We said our good-buys. I called Florida dmv. They told me to file a complaint affidavit which i am doing now. As of today they no longer have there website up and the phone still goes to voice mail (full).. But hey But at least i have the car! Ebay is a great place to buy cars but next time i will be more carefull... Ill let you all know how this pans out. Ps Mr joels cell phone is now D/C...
