Won't stand behind their warranty, broke my car and won't fix it

I purchased a brand new MPV from Rozen Mazda on Greenbay road in September.

Last year during February the windshield cracked on the drivers' side. There was no impact. The crack is of a parabolic shape. The manual says that less than 36000 miles everything is covered bumper to bumper. I brought the car to the dealership and after thorough inspection the service manager said that the windshield would be replaced since the damage is was not due to an external cause. A day before the windshield was to be replaced I received a call saying that the regional manager canceled the replacement as the bumper to bumper doesn't cover the windshield.

Last month we got the 30000-mileage service done at their Lake Villa location. When rotating the tires the technician crushed the bolt on one tire. He crushed the one that is placed to prevent car theft. The technician blamed it on the technician at the Greenbay road dealership saying that last time the rotation was performed the bolts were tightened too much.
I was reassured that I wasn't a big deal because it didn't affect the driving.
The joke is that they broke the bolt but the get it fixed I have to pay over $150.

1) How does it matter which technician did the job. Since it was a Mazda dealership arent' the technicians certified? In this case the same person owns both dealerships.
2) Why should I pay when they messed up? They don't stand behind the company's warranty and they don't stand behind their work.
3) It is a big deal because now I cant get the tires rotates which means that the tires will wear off more quickly.

I took the car the next day tot he Greenbay Road location and asked them to fixed and was told that because I didn't rotate my tires with each oil change it was my fault that the nut broke and thus I have to pay if I want it fixed.

I wrote to Mazda's CEO and the dealership's owner Saul Rozen to express my dissatisfaction with their product and how they don't stand behind their products quality, warranty or they own work. It has been over a month and a half and no one has replied back.

Won't do business with them and Do not recommend anyone buys a Mazda.
