Willey Honda/Willey Deal
Warranty?

I bought a 05' Mazda 3 from the dealership on March 28. On March 31 I returned the car to the dealership because of an electrical issue. The dealership was great and took care of that. I then returned to them on April 9 because the windshield wipers failed to work and it was during the week of a snow storm. The people were great and tightened the windshield wipers because they had just come lose. On April 25 I noticed my front driver side tire making noises, then shaking and feeling as though it was going to fall off whenever I went over a bump or hit a pot hole. Then on April 25 the windshield wipers failed to work again and luckily this time it had only been raining. I decided to take the car back in on April 27 to get all the problems fixed. I had only had the car a little over 4 weeks and had more problems with it then any car I have ever owned. The dealership then took my car into Big O Tires where the stated I needed new mounts and struts and all that goes with it, the dealership stated this was my responsibility and not theirs. Finally the dealership agreed to pay the labor and the labor only for the work that was going to cost me close to $700. I was not ok with this since I bought the car one month ago and had a 3 month warranty stating "The dealer will pay 100% of the labor and 100% of the parts for the covered systems that fail during the warranty period."

I then decided to call the Manager of Willey Honda used cars, who was very nice and told me that what was wrong with the car didn't fall under the warranty list of things they covered. About the only thing that the warranty covers is if your air conditioning stops working. He then let me know that they would still being will to pay for the labor but that was all he could offer. I feel ripped off because they put a car on their lot and were willing to sell it to a customer with that many problems and then not be willing to help them out when the car needs to be fixed for the safety of the customer. I don't have $700 to spend on fixing the car up when I bought it one month ago today.
Whatever a dealership can do to sell a car, I guess they will!
If you decided to buy a used car from them, I encourage you to have it inspected before you buy it, or you'll get ripped off as well!
