This company cheats everyone including the city of Long Beach. A&A Towing steels money. They do not report tows to the city. Just pocket the cash without even calling the Long Beach Police. Then they do not release the car until the evening purposely to steel more money from victims. The worst thing is that they are complete dicks. The guy that wanted to tow the car clearly stated he was a DICK. His name is X-RAY. Just a bunch of thugs and gangsters that work at this company. DO NOT contract them to Tow for your area. They might be the lowest bidding COMPANY but trust me DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the trouble. A&A Towing SCRATCHED my 6 day old Lexus because it was in a 10 minute parking zone for 15 minutes. He charged me $110 bucks to take the car off the tow truck.

X-RAY was the Towing guy told me to shut the f* up and that he was a dick and there was nothing I could do about it.
