My daughter in law went to buy a used Kia from this dealership in November. After choosing a car she went to the office to sign paperwork. The guy in the office (Sean) "sold" her an extended warranty for $2,000, plus window etch tire "protection", and undercoating for rust. The total for all the extras was over $4,000 dollars! They sold her this bill of goods without explaining any of it.
When I called to talk to a manager I was told they didn't have to tell me anything because I didn't sign the papers. When my daughter in law called them, they told her she had to come in. It went on and on. They said The manager was'nt there, she had to wait three months to cancel. I called my bank and they said none of it was true. She has a much higher payment than she signed up for and the issue is still not resolved.
I will let everyone I know about this shady dealership and the scummy way they do business. If anyone reading this is considering buyering from this outfit, DON'T Do it!
