We purchased a new car from Hiley Isuzu and had items that needed repaired to be exact the problems were: the cd player, the windshield wipers, the windshielder washer, the door lock, and a problem with starting in the morning and the vehicle would also just die while driving.
We took the vehicle in for repairs, it is still under warranty, and to our surprise we were told that they do not supply loaner cars. Supposedly they will if, and only if it is a safety defect on the vehicle.
First I think that they should include this nformation in their sales pitch when trying to sell vehicles. This is information that they might find very interesting. I know that if I had known before hand I would have taken my business elsewhere. We paid 27000.00 for a NEW vehicle so we would not have to deal with the problem of being without transportation. Because we purchased a vehicle from this company, that had defects we are left with no transportation anyway.
Second, I am VERY curious as to why that your company does not believe that your car dying in the middle of traffic is not a safety hazard.
You also may be intered in knowing that the MASTER Mechanic at this company needs some lessons in customer friendliness... Maybe he will learn that smarting off and rolling his eyes at customers in not too friendly!
