These people, in fact the owner, Bill Watson of Carr Wise told me this vehichle was mechanically sound and in fact did it in front of a salesman that no longer works there and my nephew.
The vehichle pulled to the right and they said it was just tire pressure from sitting. Then it became extremely worse and before I knew it if you let go of the steering wheel, it would make a right turn all by itself! I spent money I did not have getting 2 estimates, the front end is shot and needs to be redone, the tires are all bad and there is a computer and wiring issue.
I have made multiple calls and asked the owner to call me back, Ofcourse no return calls, they have my number so when I call now no one will answer... The office girl, Norma evades any direct questions, refuses to allow me to talk to the boss... And to add insult to injury has charged almost 5000.00 in interest alone!
I am so sick of being taken for granted because of credit issues... Mostly due to becoming ill. What in the world do people think? You should be drug through the mudd because of something you have no control over?
It is just really bad business!!
