On Dec 14 i place a order with Tires 4 Less for 22" velocity wheels&tires package for 1648.00. The guy was just as nice you couldn't ask to speak with a better gentlemen. He told me to call mon Dec 17 for tracking numbers and i did but he was away from his desk and he told me to call back in 25 mins.
So i waited and i call him back on Dec 20 and to my surprise he gave me some tracking numbers and i thank him and hung up the phone. The next day friday i decided just for the sake of it to see where the wheels&tires package was it, up guess it the tracking number was a fake came back as tracking number are not Valid tracking numbers.
I was heated so i call him again that same and he told me to hold on and i waited like a fool for about 6 to 8 mins and the phone hung up. I call back and his phone ring 4 time and his answering machine pick up saying leave a message and someone will get back to me, of course i knew he was there he playing screen the phone number game. So i use my cell phone and call him and he pick up the phone oh was he surprise and i said Please give me a refund because you are NOT planing on shipping my wheels out. He said yes the wheels left alread and i said you know better then that because the tracking you gave was fake.
So after he said his sorry song, he gave me some transaction number and said i would get my refund back in 3 to 4 days. The day he told me that was Dec 21 and it is now Jan 11 and i still haven't gotten my money back yet. So i contacted the better business bureau on Dec 28 and now i'm waiting to here what Tires 4 Less tell them. If you want to find out more about this company got to www.Necal. This company has 32 complaint file on them in the last 36 months and they should be shut down for committing fraudulent acts. I also contacted Ebay but they want do a thing because they dont want to lose that comission they get, if that whats they get.
