I have been more than understanding to you invoice #53179 i purchased a trans and it failed day one i had to send it back i got it again it failed again mind you i have to pay to install it ever time 700 and they only pay 160 to install per there warranty i also the many towing cost i had to endure i use this truck to go on vacation and many trips have been cancelled do to this
I then got tired of waiting for the shipping and i went to phoenix trans my self and delivered the trans and again it failed i spoke to gab in many phone calls never calls me back i dont understand and then they tell me he doesnt take calls so again i go from california to phoenix to hand deliver the trans like a idoit
I pay for there bullet proof trans for additional for 2200 dollars and i even got the extended warranty i now have paid for the trans 1475 plus 2200 plus 400 for warranty plus 1000 in towing cost plus all the down time as a last ditch effort i talk to gab he says that he installed triple torque converter and all new high performance insides and valve body and still it failed again this is 5 times here now it 1/7/08 still no trans i was told by gab that i would recieve a new trans not the one that has been a problem so i marked the trans with my name on the trans to see if he was telling the truth so i waited and there it was just delivered today at 10 am and there was the mark i made i called gab and he said to me did you get your new trans i said it is the same one he got real silent and i told him what gives he said i will talk to the owner i will call you he never did i called the owner and he never called back after many attempts i will not install this trans at all i dont feel that is right
So i will not waste my time all i want is my money i spent with you guys 5 times and you cant get it right i dont want you to pay for my towing cost my down time my 2 trips to you or gas money or remove and replace cost of 5 times all i want is my money of the trans and the upgrades done to your extreme kit which after opening the pan up to see if you even did that of replacing the valve body to a high performance it was stock
So i am left to believe that no triple torque converter is done either or any other upgrades so you charged me 2200 dollars for a rebuild of stock and 1400 forthe original cost of the trans i have been ripped off big time and i even bought extended warranty of 4 years i dont want 4 years of this
All i want is 4075 i will eat the rest and call it a lesson learned i think i am bieng more than fair on this i have ripped off i am welcoming any body to join me i a case action to recover much more at this time all i want is the money i spent with the company i will also be getting a lawyer to help me in this if need be come on now i can nderstand one failure maybe even two but 5 times come on now that is not right
