One price was given on a set of wheels and after the money was wired to them the price changed. Within 3 hours of sending the money we spoke by phone to acknowledge they had received the wire is when I was advised of a balance.
When I tried to cancell the order, I was advised that my money would be refunded less 20 % (-$800.00).
I questioned why they were going to take $800 of my money when they change the original quote? I was told that any cancellations results in a 20% penallty.
