After accepting my move deposit and verbally committing to a pick up window for my vehicle move they are now saying they "haven't found a carrier yet

This company accepted a $400 deposit to move a vehicle from Oaks, PA to Washington state. They verbally gave a pick up window. They are now saying they haven't fojnd a carrier yet and don't know when they will find one - maybe by end of week but...
