On November 19 around 2 pm? I signed up for esurance in the amount of 550 for 6 months, after a 120.00 down payment. However when i clicked next or purchase, a page popped up immediately stating that my price would be 212.00 today and 643.00 for 6 months. I never got the opurtunity to deny the charges as they took it upon themselves to automatically do this. I immediately hung up the phone and called them.in which I got a very seemingly helpful rep who informed me that because i called in right away i would be reimbursed by midnight tonight.
She gave me her id number, and a confirmation number however two hours after not receiving an email confirmation i again called in only to receive yet another rude rep that stated that my state (fl) required them to see my proof of current insurance and if i had that faxed i would be able to receive all moneys back by mid night i got the ladies name and id number and asked to speak to a supervisor the supervisor informed me that i needed to fax my current insurance papers in and they could then cancel the plan and reimburse me.
I faxed the information they requested by 10 pm my time. And called them only to hear we cannot give you a confirmation number, so again i got his name and number. Still no email so again i called after about three calls i finally got someone who stated i should be expecting an email any minute now. Then i get a phone call stating I should be expecting a confirmation email within 10 - 14 days. I decided to call again, it took two calls and finally i got someone who stated that the billing department was closed for the night and it depends on my financial institution so i requested an email stating all this information and this is the email she sent me.

I will post more when this situation has been handled, but i think someone needs to get this company off the net or straightened out as they are scamming many many people.
