My policy with esurance was paid up through May. When I received an email stating that my renewal went up $250.00 I called esurance. The rep explained that all their customers premiums went up. I informed them that I would be getting a new insurance company. This was on April 3rd. Esurance charged my account on March 20th for my premium and again on April 7th. When I called esurance and inquired about the money taken out in the middle of the billing cycle they told me I did not sign a form and return it. I was on the phone with esurance for 42 minutes and they refuse to return my money.
