Esurance Charging Bogus Fees for

Esurance Charging Bogus Fees for Personal Auto insurance AFTER policy Cancelation A couple of weeks after my wife informed ESURANCE customer service personally by telephone that we DO NOT agree to pay them a huge increase in our monthly premium that they demanded by email, and that we will allow the policy to expire because we will buy auto insurance elsewhere. On February 25 we purchased our Auto insurance from Liberty Mutual ; the policy with Esurance expired at 12:01 am Feb 26.2007. Esurance then decided they will charge our bank account additional money on March 07 as if we had made some new agreement to accept their decision to raise our premium and debited an amount causing the checking account to go negative and cause my wife to incur a bank fee for non-sufficient funds, all after they canceled the policy, after which no funds were owed them and after being advised we are purchasing our insurance elsewhere - let the policy terminate as Esurance pleases.

Its a good thing Esurance thinks they have "big pockets" - they will surely need them when enough judgements are found against them. Esurance is being offered 1 business day to return the funds or the complaint will be filed in the form of a lawsuit. Other complications with Esurance not disclosed at this time are pending resolution as well.

Will post after resolution of the situation asap including any legal services that lend their efforts, payed or not. Christopher Davis
