My Daughter traded her Volkswagen Jetta in on a Small Truck without my wife and I's knowledge. She is 19 and in college. She brought it home and had many problems with it. More than 5 issues, at that point she decided to take it back. Mind she still has drive out tags on the window..., the General Manager says the deal is done, he won't replace or get her another truck. We requested a buyers report on the vehicle which they never gave us, by the way.
After being denied of any replacement, a rather large stocky sales guy named John Stoddard came out to assist in finding another vehicle. While talking with him he insisted that like a vacuum sales person, since he didnt come to my house and sell me the vehicle, they didnt have to honor the sale. What? Then I said, she is 19 years old, I feel they took advantage of my Daughter, and then he proceeded in front of my daughter, said " I have to step off from you before I get into it with you". I said, "I hope you do lay a hand on me, I will own this dealership before Im done." So we left.
