I brought a 2000 chev trailbrazier from city automotive with $3000 down.
I had the car for two week when i tried to park and i put the car in reverse and it would not go in reverse.
So the next day i took the car back to city automotive and spoke the the sale rep anthony who sold me the truck that i wanted my money back because the truck is not good.
He said that i have to talk to the manager abe first. When i spoke to abe he told me that i have to keep the truck or i would not get my money back and he would tell the ower that i broke the car.
So i asked him would he fix the car and they did and it took them 2 weeks and i did not get a loaner, but i still did not feel comfortable keeping the car after that happen.
So this is how i got out of the deal.
I wrote a check to them for $500 that i stop payment on it and i did not sign a contract with a finance company do to the fact that my credit was not good.
They could not find a finance company to back the loan for the truck so the manager abe called me on my job and said that i better bring the truck back right now or else so i asked about getting my money back and after all what happen they charged me $800 and $100 for the check i stopped payment on.
I feel that city automotive did not check that truck out before they put it out to be sold so don't go to city automotive.
