I have been a member for this company for many years, i have a 100% clean driving record, for some stupid made up reason, they sick the dept. Of revenue on my a$ for no reason, they accused me of letting a policy lapse, which is B.S., now i have to pay some B.S. Fine for something they got started becuase they can't keep their records straight, it just proves that the big shots are out to destroy the innocent bystanders, even when you haven't committed a crime, i think they should pay the fine because of their wrong doings
