Cheating and fraud by not returning deposit new jersey

On September 29th at around 6:30 pm we went to VIP Honda, New Jersey to purchase a left-over 2007 Honda Odyssey EX minivan. Since it was closing time (7:00 pm), the sales man Mr. Abdul Fraser rushed in showing the van and signed a purchase order with $ 500 dollar deposit. I gave my credit card for deposit.

After seeing the car in the day light on October 2nd, I opted for EX-L for more features with slate green color. Since they dont have the slate green color for Honda Odyssey EX-L, they told that they will be able to locate the van from another dealer. The dealer agreed to ship the mini van from another dealer with no additional charge.

So I signed another purchase order for Honda Odyssey EX-L, without even seeing or test driving the car. Mr. Robert Farrell, the sales associate told me that he refunded the money for old transaction and made a new transaction on October 2nd. However he gave the old receipt.

The purchase order they made me to sign is even with wrong VIN #. The VIN # on the purchase order, which I signed, is not for a Honda Odyssey EX-L. A copy of the purchase order is attached.

After test-driving Honda Odyssey EX-L for the first time on October 8th, we were not satisfied at all with the new van. The mini van ride was not enough comfortable for us. More over some one put 48 demo miles on the new car, which I am not comfortable with.

I never took the van out of the dealers lot. Immediately after test-drive I told the dealer that I am not satisfied with new car which has 48 miles on it and requested for my $500 dollar deposit.

The dealer replied that they are there for making money and customer satisfaction is only second thing for them. More over he told that sales associate will loose his commission and as a result they cant refund the money back.

The VIP Honda dealer, the sales associate Mr. Robert Farrell and Mr. George Nealis forced us to buy Honda Odyssey EX-L, which we dont like with 48 demo miles.

If some one can help me in getting my deposit back, please guide me. If some one can help legally, it is appreciated.
