World Class Auto, Sold a bad vehicle

I purchased a 2000 Dodge Intrepid from World Class on 8/8/07 for $6032.32 with a $1300.00 trade-in. As well my sister was a co-signer. The first problem was with the air-conditioning and after some wrangling they did repair, a few days later I noticed the car was smoking and discovered it was burning oil so I got a tune-.

The smoking got worse and so I took it to a dealership who did a diagnostic exam and reported to me that the motor was bad and some other problems and gave me an estimate of repairs in excess of $6000.00, the technician also stated the seller had to have the known the condition of the car prior to the sell.

I immediately contacted World Class, spoke with Jim Rider, another time spoke to Morad (the owner) and the General Manager. This has gone on several days and they are refusing to reasonably work with me and are now not even taking my calls. I will call they will put me on hold and never return. I have lost my $1300.00 trade and am now stuck with a debt of $4003.00 for a vehicle that is only junk.

I contacted Wachovia who is the financer and they said they could not help at all and I further discovered that Wachovia's paper work list me as the co-signer and my sister as the buyer which is absolutely erroneous. I am now in the position where I will have to try to purchase another vehicle, but will still be obligated to pay for the lemon.
