Autozone Failed to send me a rebate for $6.99

On 5/16 I purchased at AutoZone one STP Fuel System Cleaner for $6.99, for which a full rebate is claimed by AutoZone.

I complied with the requirements and mailed the rebate request on 5/17/07 to the following:

Free STP Fuel System Cleaner
Dept. 18 Offer OATZ00001
PO Box 10002-18
Douglas, AZ 85655-1102

The "checkmyrebatestatus" address listed on the AutoZone rebate coupon does not work.

To date, I have not received my rebate.

Please send send me a rebate check for $6.99.
