This Flight is horrible. 3 times I've been attached. The very first had been billed for travel insurance they were promoting. The standard was to buy of course if you did not uncontrolled the stop, you had been immediately billed. The 2nd was purchasing a solution ahead of time and later discovering there is a baggage cost. The 3rd event I'm still attempting to undo but without success. Again, used to donot uncheck ablock and that I discovered a $29.95 cost to get a free-spirit marketing that we have not had the opportunity to find out what it's or have I've had the opportunity to get hold of somebody by telephone going back week. I've been looking to get this corrected and certainly will not. They're terrible as it pertains to customer support.
