I called today to inquire what it would cost for me to pay for my vehicle which was reposse on September 4 without my knowledge

On September 4, my vehicle was reposs, I did not have foreknowledge this would take place. Today September 5, My daughter called the company to see how much it would cost to retreive my vehicle only to speak to a very rude and nasty male. He told her, it was her problem and she should have made her payments, she tried to explain to the male individual that people do have problems at times, she asked to speak to his Supervisor, he state, he was the supervisor, he hung the phone up on her. She called back and spoke to someone else who sais that they would take care of the problem. You are waiting for 20 mins or more, there is no commerical number to called. This is rediculous, you have to wait 24 to 48 hrs before you know what it will cost to pay to get your car out of repo status. The vehicle was taken from my daughters home. She nor I had received any phones that this was going to happen. I have my share of the blame. My husband had called Wachovia a month prior to informed the company that he would not be able to make a payment, (1) month. Now, Wachovia are saying that we are three months behind. This is not true. It is hard to reach wachovia, again you are on hold for 20 min or more.
