By all means don't deal with Wachovia Dealer Services! I am through with this company! My car dealership totally misrepresented this company to me, Wachovia Dealer Services, as Wachovia. If I knew that Wachovia Dealer Services was a financial institution out of the area, I would never have gone through with the motions to proceed with obtaining my 2007 Kia Sportage with only 25 mpg... Yeah, that amount may sound good, but it really isn't! So, I thought I was really dealing with the financial instituion itself, WRONG! I had to start all over again sending Western Unions or Money Grams for payments. They are not local, which means that I couldn't go into a Wachovia branch and make a payment to Wacovia Dealer Services. For me, it was the same as dealing with the ghetto Charlie Faulk dealership that is based in Virginia Beach. The more I spoke with them about my financial status change, they didn't care, they just wanted their money and totally trashed my parents front yard at: 7am with the tow trucking company All State Towing located in Mechanicsville, VA. My parents had to go and get all my stuff! My wallet and everything was in the vehicle! I am a caregiver and my patients private papers were all in the vehicle. I tried to go behind my parents home to get something to hold all my stuff, but instead the tow truck drivers just started shutting doors and making a hasty get away like they were going through some stupid ego trip! This was exhausting, not only for me, but for my entire family! I basically was displaced today. The only way I was able to go to my case this morning and take care of my patient was the owner of the home health agency I am registered with drove me there. I had another case to go to with another home health agency and by God's grace, a friend that just so happened to be in the area of my patient was there and took me to my evening case. I was underemployed with 4 home health agencies and finally got set up with 3 different patients. Totalling about 64 hours a week. But, I couldn't call and let them know about that because they did decide to tow the vehicle. I even put $50.00 of gas in the tank. I will gift someone that needs that vehicle with the gas and I am hoping for a really great thing to occur for me. I am so tired of everyone trying to get over on me. I was just getting the full time work, but Wacovia Dealer Services didn't care. I kept trying to give them little amounts of money. I gave them $190.00 toward the payments and then I was planning to give them about $200.00, but they towed my vehicle. I know God has another vehicle that is better that I will feel at ease transporting my patients to and from appointments and errands.
