Etrailer.com asked me to come back the faulty gear that I'd bought—but just at my very own cost! For me, that's barely the positioning that the respected organization must follow.
Even worse, after I delivered the problem, etrailer.com required the freedom of subtracting outbound delivery along with a 20% restocking charge from their general reimbursement. Hence, I wound up netting $33.14 in substitution for a problem that initially cost $159.95.
