I called and ordered a part from EAP late July 07. On the 1st of August, i noticed the $75 had already been deducted from my account. I kept looking forward to getting my part but never did. Eventually, when i got a guy who said he was Micheal / Jeff, he said it was shipped out just the previous day because they had some little difficulty. He assured me that i would get it within 3 days.
When i did not receive it, i called back after a week and after several calls, a guy answered the phone and said he was just a delivery guy and that Jeff had stepped out of the office but that he would get the tracking number and call me back. I have not heard from them again. You keep trying to call them but they never answer the phone. It keeps going to the answer machine. Its been over a month now and still no reply even with my numerous messages.
