I went into Family Auto Center expecting to get a new or used car for $250.00 a month, along with my trade-in car and $1,000.00. Well, first off, they sold my trade in car before I even got to look at a car. And even on the lot they had told me $250.00 and there were over 20 cars available. And I picked out a 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser. And we went into the office and the car salesman was drawing up the papers he did everything without aven letting me know what he was doing and he changed the amount of the car payment from $250.00 to $466.98 and I about blew a gasket. I go what do I do now, I don't have my trade-in and I need a car to get to work so I've been paying the last amount. I tryed to talk to the management and I got no where. I got no kind of explanation why the amount was changed. And the service of the car is terrible. Could you please help me.
