I purchased a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica from Hayward Chrysler Jeep in July and it seem that the car has numerous problems. I spoke with the car salesman who told me he would fix the weather stripping on the driver and passenger doors that is peeling, he agreed however nothing has been done. I called and made and appt. With the body shop and they would not fix a thing wrong with the car. Now when I stop the brakes grind and the DVD player freezes on all DVD's. The navigation system is outdated and I now I have to buy a new DVD for it, however I am not sure that will fix the problem. I have spoken to the Finance Mgr. And the General Mgr. Both have denied my request to have the vehicle repaired. The brakes are grinding so bad, I think that I might have an accident. I am so dissatisfied with the service I received from this dealership. I really with there was something I could do. I have contacted the loan company and informed them of my complaints, hoping that maybe I can make a deal on a different car with a different dealership and trade this car back in but I wanted someone to know how horrible I have been treated.
Salesman: Sam
Thanks
