Bill Kay Chrysler in Naperville, IL claims to be a reputable dealership. They sold me a 2006 Town and Country minivan claiming the vehicle was in excellent condition. This was a lie. I didn't have the vehicle checked out by my mechanic because I believed that the dealership was top-notch, professional, and branded by the Chrysler name.
The van had only 5-10% service left on the front right and rear right brakes. So, when I drove the van, no squeeking was heard. But, after only 3,000 miles the squeeking was apparent, and I took it in for the first oil change complaining about the squeeking.
The dealership informed me that the brakes needed to be repaired. It would cost me $467.00. What a rip-off. After only 3,000 miles, I needed a brake repair. This car had poor brakes. They knew the brakes were poor. They sold me the van anyway claiming that it was in Excellent condition.
Liars.
