East hills chrysler jeep dealership located in greenvale, ny is absolutely horrific!!! My husband and son went to look at a pre-owned jeep srt and not only was the salesman rude and obnoxious they showed the jeep with fishing poles still in it (because a salesman was using it). They sat for over 45 minutes, then they took a $200 deposit because my son was traveling and wanted time to think-2 days later the check was cashed—my son had contacted them and told them he was no longer interested in the car 3 days after the visit (june 4th) and after 18 phone calls the check was returned to us, dated july 7th!!! 33 days after!
We traveled from westchester county to see this car—never again to this dealership—right from the top to the bottom-they were unprofessional. We've purchased two other vehicles in that time span-a bmw and a ford explorer and was treated as we are used to with class! We own 7 vehicles (new and pre owned) and never have dealt with people like this. What a disgrace and an embarrassment to other chrysler jeep dealerships!!!
