I purchased a car from Drive Time on June 8. After just a month or so my car left me stranded with my two daughters. I called Drive Time and they referred me to call an auto repair to have the car towed. I did so as instructed and the auto repair stated the problem was the fuel pump which was replaced at Drive Times expense. He than also told me my change oil light had been on and they would change that for me however that would have to be covered at my expense.
After just a week of having my car returned it broke down and left me stranded again. I called Drive Time and they just referred me to the warranty 800 number. I wrote them a fax stating i was very unhappy with my purchase and the customer service that was being provided to me and I either want my car replaced or all monies given reimbursed and my contract voided. They are ignoring my fax and have not responded to me.
I am a single mother and can not afford to have a trustworthy car. I am at a lost of what to do. I am still with out a car since this car is just parked in front of my mothers home and Drive Time will not help.
