My name is Jim and I am reporting Phoenix Remanufactured Transmissions to the Arizona State Attorney General and am encouraging all to do the same. My experience mirrors many other consumers that I have read both here, e-bay, as well as other forums. It's the same MO for these guys. Wrong tranny sent (or broken) poor customer service in mitigating the issue, and deliberate withholding of monies paid for a product they cannot deliver. I'm temporarily out $2135, but am confident of being reimbursed by the bank. Frank doesn't have a leg to stand on. I have also personally recruited over a dozen similarly impacted individuals whose desire is to bring Phoenix Remanufactured Transmissions to justice.
I cannot post my e-mail or a link, however, search for the Arizona Attorney General's website and complete the online complaint form. I have spoken to the Attorney Generals office and the more complaints, the faster the investigation. Fraud should never be tolerated.

I won't waive my rights by signing a veiled form, I won't succumb to personal or family threats as I hit back harder than you can know, and this will not ever be retracted in the hopes that I get my money back. Tell your friend, Mr. Acer that I have even bigger attorneys as my friends. You had your chance. You're pathetic.
