My husband and i went to Jd Byrider to get a vechile because we had bad credit. We got pushed into buying a car that my husband did not get the chance to look at. They told us that it was a great car with not that many miles on it. We go the car, and we got home and my husband looked at the car and there was lots of things wrong with it. The car had over 80,000 miles on it and it is only a 2001. Ny husband looked at the bumper and it was falling down.
The following week i took the car back in because of the bumper., They told us that nothing was wrong with it. I said yes there is, the bumper should not be falling down like that. They said that they were going to fix it. I sat there for 2 1/2 hours and finally got the car back and the bumber was not fixed. I took the car home and my husband askes me what were you driving in because the paint is chipping away. I was like i was only on the inerstate. The next day i take the car back in because now it was chipping paint, they said that they dont do paint jobs.
After about a month, my husband was driving the car and it was stulling and not wanting to go. My husband told me that i have to take it back in again. But this time my husband came back with me. We sat there for 3 hours and all they did was cleaned out some plugs. That problem was solved. There was some more problems that we were having with the car, and they told us that our car was out of the coverage for them to do anything. They were going to charge us. My husband then went off. He told them that they wasted his time of coming here. They told us that they could not help us.
Now we wanted to trade the car in because it has to many problems. We cant trade it in because of the miles on the car and also what kelley blue book says. Jd Byrider over prices there cars. We want to get a different car with lower interest rates and better milage!
