They keep getting away with cheating unaware customers looking for auto parts (liars) ripoff, louviers, castle Rock

On May 31st of 2007 I purchased a engine and was told it would be shipped out within 24 hours. Then I was lied to when I called they said it was already shipped and it would take 3-5 days. I kept calling for tracking number and was given the run around, only because the shop repairing my car who I paid ($1,250.00) in advance notice no shipment was made.

I asked what company it was shipped with and I was givena bogus company/tracking number. On June 7th of I spoke with EAP Parts and told them to cancel my order and return my money back to my credit card, because I spoke with shipper (SAIA) who EAP finally gave me a shippers name they explained that nothing was shipped by them with EAP since 2006. Also, I notified the Douglas County Sherriff Department and Netspend required me to file a police report within my county (Mecklenburg County).

I recieve a copy on the 8th of June of the police report which I faxed a copy to Netspend. I receive a call out of the blue from (Jeff) of EAP Parts that package was finally shipped making no mention of that everything was a lie.

His was on the 7th of June around 8 P.M. EST after the police was called and dispute was made, he gave me a real tracking number showing it was being shipped as we spoke. The shop where my car was being fixed was charing me for stall repair bay usuage. The engine arrived at the shop where I was getting my car fixed on the 11th of 2007. The shop that was fixing my car called me right away to come and look at the damage engine, and to explain the situation. They told me I would have to pay another $1,050.00 for labor if I wanted to keep this engine and it would take a extra week to complete.

Then they gave me a long list of special order parts to get costing over $2,000.00 extra and they would not start on it until I paid them in full labor and contacted EAP Parts and more run around and lies, I explained that I didn't want this piece why did they send it after I cancel my order on June 7th of 2007. Mike of EAP Parts claimed he would return my money to my credit card less the shipping cost ($280.00 Est.). At first he asked me to ship it back as if I would pay that and then he would return my money costing me $280.00 among other fees, I explained I want my money back and I'm not doing anything extra. And letting him know the motor is here still wrapped if he wants it.

I've lost a lot of money and time and was told a lot of lies and no return phone calls! I've then had EAP to speak to the shop tha was repairing my car which he told him the damages. EAP agreed to him to return the money but never made good promises.

I contacted Attorney General, District Attorney, and BBB etc. And then notice on-line a rip off report with at least 69 complaints across the nation with similar transactions with this company. I forward all findings to dispute department. During that time I rented a car from Avis Rental Car which cost me to also to get around my wife is pregnant and we have to small children. I am minster and this was our only means of transportation. We are being charged $25.00 per day the car sits incomplete.

I called everyday to EAP to all their bogus numbers and after a few weeks caught the owner by fax sending him Police Reports and he claimed that he would return $916.00 of money back I waited five business days to find out it was another lie. He blamed his credit card processing company which was suppousely Global Merchant Financial Services, I had him fax me a copy of the transaction reciept which was a phony.

I contacted the credit card processing company and claimed EAP weren't merchants with them. I contacted the their web host and found out they owe them money an cheated them also. Their website is very tricky and inviting, when you request a part for a car with other companies they send out a search EAP responds that's how they reached me via email claiming to have a part I was looking for.

After so much time wasted and not transportation I borrowed and scrapped up the repair/storage money. I purchased over $2,000.00 the parts that were needed to complete the repair and missing from the unwanted engine. I request my full $1,200.00.
Thank You
