Contacted Larry H Miller Hyundai via the internet regarding a 2007 Azera Limited with the ultimate option package. Received an "Internet Pricing Guarantee" response from the internet sales department on July 25. Called the individual who sent the pricing and told them that I was going to come in that afternoon to look at the car (s), with the intention of purchasing the car at the quoted price. Arrived at the dealership, drove the car (s), selected the color I wanted and when we started the paperwork, the price was approximately $1,500 more than quoted. I showed the manager the "Pricing Quote Guarantee" and he would not honor it. I am a business owner and when I quote a price, I honor that commitment as the ethical thing to do. Needless to say my wife and I were disappointed that we didn't get the car we wanted, we wasted our time, and that Larry H Miller Hyundai does not honor their commitments.
