Bought a $1500.00 87 Mercury Cougar, From Burgetts, Drove it for a week and did a tune up including an oil change, found out it had a major oil leak. Called the man to find out where it was leaking from and of course he had no idea it had an oil leak. We've did everything we could to stop this oil leak. Once we think we got it something else is wrong. Needless to say I got 3 weeks of driving out of it and it has sat for 7 months now! I have not been in any more contact with this man because I didn't know what I could do! I cannot sell this car and get any portion of the money I have put into it. What can I do?
