My son got his car impounded. We went down to retrive the car and put in in our driveway until he got his stuff together. Well we took the impound fees to the impound yard and they told us that we would have to have the bill of sale and the title to get the car. We went to the place where we bought the car from and was told we would have to wait about one week for a new title. I knew we had the title and the bill of sale in the papers in the car. When we went back to the car we found that the car had been ransacked the important papers were all over the car but the bill of sale and the title were gone. The officer that stopped my son did an inventory of the contents of the car and the title and the bill of sale were on the inventory. So the people at Philips Bros towing took them out as far as we can figure so that wer would have to pay more fees. Then they called my sons finance co they came and repossed the car and the payments were'nt even behind. They then told us they were adding an additional $400.00 so the total is now $1,300's so I asked them how they could reposse a car when the payment is not behind? The next time we heard from them was by mail! We received a letter on about thursday saying the car would be sold that tuesday before the letter arived. Well 2 months later they sent us a letter telling us we owe $6,547.14s for the car they sold! They just teamed up on us and I want to go to court!!!
