I wish I knew this website before I took them on as my loan giver. First off the customer service is F*n ignorant as hell, how the hell you gona hand up on people when their trying to explain a situation? I wasnt yelling or cursing nothing AND can they please get people from the Fuc*n U. S that works in customer service!

My issue is that I had spoken with a rep who was rude as hell june 28th cut me off every sentence I was just calling to ask how to set up auto pay. This broad told me that I would have to fill out a form and write a letter stating that I wanted to have the money automaticly de-ducted from my account. I was like ok, now I said is their a way I can start it online she says yes, go online and select Drive auto pay (ACH) and put in my account information.

I did that now she advised me that even though I set up my auto pay today it will not be in effect until next month because I would have to still send in the fax with me stating that I want to have money automaticly taken out of my account. Ok now I'm trying to avoid late fees and any bad activity on my credit report because I have enough as is so I sent in my check that night thinking that my payment would get taken out next month online.

HELL NO, come to find out they cashed the check! And the online payment is taken out on the 30th june, and I cant get my money back. I called the office and got hung up on because I was asken questions, then I got put on hold for ever until I had no choice but to hang up.

The supervisor tell me it takes 72 hours to start an investigation and they need my bank statment and the copy of the check I used, ok I sent that on thursday 7-5-07 today is the 9th and no one knows shit about anything I sent, saying theirs nothing they can do about it. I got 5 diffrent responces when I asked can I get that money refunded to my account, one rep says yes but you have to send in the information that I stated above, then another lady tells me " I'm just going to be honest with you your not getting your money back" WTF?

Ok well now im asking to speak with a supervisor, she says " ok well in order to get try and get your money back you have to send the bank statement, then we will do an investigation then they will decide weather to or not to give you a refund but its not garenteed".

Ok well I explained to her my issue because they money that got took out was for my rent and I needed it back etc etc... She hangs up! Now all im saying is just give me some awnsers thats all I was asking for no one could I got told 5 diffrent things and its been 72 hours now their saying it could take longer comon' this company is Bull *... Out of all the responces and post you would think someone would have went public or give you a warning or something by now but this is rediculious... If you get them, I'd advise you refinance!
