My relationship with this company had been fine as long as I allowed them to deduct money out of my account. However, when I begin to have some money problems towards the beginning of November, that's when it all went down hill.

I had called on November 13 to make my normal $50 payment by debit card for that Friday November 15. As usual, I had to give her the numbers off of my debit card, the three digit security code on the back, and how my name appeared on the card on a recorded line. However, the next day, I realized that I wouldn't have the money. I decided to call them back and tell them it would have to be another two weeks (November 30th) when I would be able to make the payment.

Well when I called, I spoke with a man and told him the situation. He said hold on while he checked my account. He came back on screaming, "Are you serious? You can't pay $50?"

I told him no not at this time and I would call back on Nov 30th to make the payment. He then proceeds to ask me where I work and I should be making enough money to pay $50.

I told him once again it would have to be on Nov. 30th and I would call back in then to make the payment. He said "Well you know if you don't make the payment, then the full amount will be due at that time." I told he I was aware of that and then he hung up on me.

Fast forward to December 1st, I check my online banking statement, and it shows a $50 payment has been deducted out of my account. Of course this had put my account into an overdraft process.

So I checked with the bank and sure enough, Niagara Credit Solutions had deducted that amount out of my account on November 28th. Two days before I said I would even call them.

So I called on Thursday, December 6th to speak with someone about my account. When I first called in I asked the representative who had authorized the payment to go through on my account and of course they said I had. I said no, where is the recording of the call?

I was then transferred to a manager by the name of Bonnie and told her the situation. She said she would have to search for the recording and call me back when she found it. I told her that was fine and I would be waiting on that call.

I'll say no more than ten minutes later I get a call from a supervisor by the name of Richard Kerns. He states his title and asks how he can help me. I explain the situation to him.

He turns it around on me and states that I gave authorization back on Nov. 13th for a payment to be taken out but then I called back on Nov 15th to request that the payment be pushed back until the end of the month.

I told him yes and I specifically stated I would call back in to make the payment. Not that you all could just take out the money when you feel like it. It got mad and started stating information about me letting them take out money before and how it was never a problem.

He understands if I am upset but I can not get mad at them for messing up. I told him I didn't mess and up and I wanted the call pulled. He told me the representative that took my call was not there today and he would have to call me back when he came in. After that he hung up on me.

I was surprised by that and called back. When I got through to him, I asked why would he hang up on me when I was not finished talking to him. He said he told me what he could do and that was not good enough for me. I told I was just trying to understand how in previous calls when I have made payments I have always had to go through a process on a recorded line before payment was taken out and why not this time.

He proceeds to go off on me about being rude and obnoxious and hangs up on me again. At this time I am beside myself because I am not understanding why he feels he has the right to continue hanging up on me when I am not cussing, yelling, or berating him in any shape form or fashion.

I call back and at this point that I am getting on his nervous and he is tired of my rudeness. I try to tell him that I no longer want my account informatin on file and I will send in the money. However, when I tell him I tell I no longer want the arrangement he yells fine and starts going into another rant. At this point I just hang up on him. I will be calling them back today to see what the status was of that recorded call and setup a written communication transaction only.
