They requested deferment. We got a confirmation number after faxing all requested info. Weeks went by and then the calls came in. They would call 3 times a day, Sat and Sun mornings also, They call our church friends and our jobs to relay there messages.
Now they're saying we've been past due since then and now our credit is getting ruined because they lead us to believe being confirmed meant it was taken care of. Now they are saying they don't give out confirmation numbers. Now the threats are happening. This last call this morning top it all. She said you can't get deferred unless you make a payment. A payment was made and due to that, a deferment was denied, and our credit is being affected and to make another payment this week and hung up on our conversation. You would think you would help your customer, not harass and find ways to steal your money for profit.
