Bought a complete L98 motor/trans package and recieved a TBI motor missing all other components

I just received a motor delivered by Wilson Trucking.

Referenced in the below email is what I ordered but is not what I received. The motor I spoke to Alex about and he confirmed was a Vin # 8 L98 Tuned Port Fuel Injected motor package COMPLETE with; (1) L98 Tuned Port Injected Motor complete with Engine Wiring Harness, ECU Module and all accessories to include Air Pump, Alternator, Power Steering Pump, A/C Compressor with the 4L60 Automatic transmission from the vehicle listed on the receipt below.

What I received was a TBI injected motor with the power steering unit only. No other accessories are on the motor, no engine wiring harness, no ECU Module with a transmission missing the tail shaft housing.

Also the intake manifold has fresh silicon on it with no gaskets. They obviously pulled the TPI unit off and replaced it with the TBI unit. These guys are complete shisters and they should not be allowed by law to stay in business.
