Ripoff Credit Card Fraud

I used a U-Haul truck on April 27th for my home-moving, and returned their truck on the same day. First weird thing occurs, they split my total charge to two parts: 75.00 11.22 dollars. I use a Citi Credit Card to pay for this amount. The charges, 75 11.22 US dollars, correctly went to my CitiCard account on that day.

Upon receiving the fraud alert from CitiCard online service, I checked my CitiCards and found that on April 28th, U-Haul charged me again almost the same amount, 75.00 11.44 dollars, onto the same CitiCard account. Actually I have been staying at home to clean-up and organize my new home the whole day on April 28th. So I did NOT use any service of U-Haul on April 28th.

I then contacted U-Haul by telephone in early May, while the sales person received my call, they first let me wait for their reply but they did NOT reply me at all. After several calls with them, the U-Haul people just redirect me to a phone with permanent busy signal. Finally, in early June, the U-Haul people just disregard my call at all. However, the issue is not resolved yet. So I contacted U-Haul online customer service and told them the story again. My complaint and their email reply are also enclosed. So far I did NOT receive anything else from UHaul.

I then contacted my CitiCard customer service, it seems that they are not going to help me either. They just told me someone use your card. So the charge goes to your account. How come this happens? The possible reason for my case is that somebody fraudly use my card in UHaul without my authorization. This is one of the worst experience I ever have in USA, and I swear I will not use U-Haul service in the rest of my life. I am just wondering if it is practical to sue U-Haul for their credit fraud behavior.
