I have currently been on the phone again with WFAF for my truck payoff. I tell you what they don't want to let go my truck because of the interest they are recieving from it. 20% interest, that is why I am selling it.
I talked to the customer support and they have no idea but only asking about when my other car payment is going to be in and how Iam going to pay. I told them the check by phone is terrible and is usually 10days till it clears the bank so we do Money Gram or Southwest Union.
They put me on hold for 10 mins and a guy comes on from a different department I ask the same thing what is the payoff of my truck. He can't tell me because I haven't paid my monthly truck payment so he pushes me to another department.
ANother person answers 15mins later on hold and the tell me the same thing verify information on me and then when I ask a simple question of the payoff they transfer me to another department.
I am still on hold 35mins... At least that is what the time says on the call converstation.
O hey, someone is on the line... Her name is Terrica and they have put me in the collections. I ask why because I am only a month late and I have a buyer for my truck so I need to full pay off to pay off what is left to get the title. She puts me on hold... Good music... 15mins later she tells me they are going to have to call me back because there system is showing that I owe 13,300 dollars and I bought the damn thing for 18,000 6 YEARS ago. Something doesn't add up.
She asks for a number she can call me back at to give me the right figures!!!
I give it to her.
But before I hand up I tell her that I have called three days in a row and in all three days I have been givin three different payoff's for my truck.
11,005, 11,500, 13,300 all of which she tells me that they are all wrong and that is why she is going to give me a call back.
Anyone else having this problem?
The simple question I asked was: "
Can I have the payoff for my 2002 Dodge Ram?"
