I bought a Chrysler Cirrus '98 from a car dealer named Todd at the Auto Junction in May. I was sitting in his office having second thoughts about the whole deal I was going to back out and Todd snatched my stack of money right from me and before I could think about what was going on he had took all my cash and threw the keys at me and said "now get outta here buddy we gave you a good deal and don't think about calling any lawyers either". The man acted very racsist toward me and took advantage of me because I am mentally incompetent thats why my wife is helping me file this rip off report because she is smart.
Well anyway the man took my $7,700 and only wrote that I gave him 6,900 and when I moved from FL to OH and changed my tags at the BMV in OH the lady said the taxes were never paid on the car $475 in taxes were unpaid and I couldn't get my tags till the IRS got their money. My wife spoke with a police officer about the situation and the supervisor at BMV is running an investigation with the IRS on the Auto Junction for tax evasion and I eventually got my tags.
The man Todd sold the car to me with 126,000 miles on it and I was clueless about kelly blue book value my wife showed me who I met after the incident that I was ripped off because the car's value according to Kelly Blue Book is only $4,705. My advice to alll consumers stay away from the auto junction on us hwy 19 north in holiday florida.
I am not worried about what they did to me because what goes around comes around and they will get shut down. I am a christian and I love the Lord so it's in God's Hands.
